How to Use the BWB 3-Part Chocolate Mold

1. Melt your chocolate or FunCakes Deco Melts. If using real couverture chocolate such as Callebaut, temper it correctly for a beautiful glossy finish and a delicious snap.

2. Fill the first mold with melted chocolate up to the indicated fill line.

3. Place the flexible insert carefully over the chocolate.

4. Press the third mold into place to distribute the chocolate evenly.

5. Allow the chocolate to set. If needed, place the mold in the freezer for approximately 7 minutes. Setting times may vary.

6. Release the chocolate shell. Remove the top plastic mold, turn the mold over and carefully release the chocolate. Gently peel away the flexible insert.

That's it! You've created a beautiful chocolate half, ready to fill and decorate.
