Payment Methods
At Partysweets, you can pay using the following payment methods:
iDEAL
Pay securely and directly via iDEAL. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely using PayPal. Any applicable transaction fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Bank Transfer
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation including our bank details. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
Pay on Collection
If you choose to collect your order from our store in Eindhoven, you may either pay online in advance via iDEAL or PayPal, or pay upon collection by card or cash.
Order Processing & Shipping
Almost all products available in our webshop are stocked in our warehouse and ready for dispatch.
Orders paid on business days before 12:00 PM (CET) are usually shipped the same day.
Should an item unexpectedly be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including Track & Trace information.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination country.

United Kingdom (UK)
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
Please note that import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and other import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We ship from the Netherlands to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and other local fees.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
Partysweets has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for them.
Customs & Shipping Delays
Partysweets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections or circumstances beyond our control.

If you select collection during checkout, you may pay online in advance via iDEAL or PayPal, or choose to pay when collecting your order.
Payment upon collection is possible by card or cash.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a collection notification including the next available collection times.

Reserve Your Products Online
Want to make sure your products are available?
We recommend placing your order online in advance. Once your order has been placed, the products are immediately reserved for you, helping to avoid disappointment if an item sells out.
You will receive a collection notification as soon as your order is ready.
Our current opening hours can always be found via Google Maps by searching for "Partysweets Eindhoven".
Reserved Orders
Products are reserved for a maximum of 4 days after placing your order.
If payment has not been received within this period, Partysweets reserves the right to cancel the order and make the products available for sale again.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products should be returned unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice where possible.
Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
