Create beautifully shaped cakesicles quickly and consistently with the original Daisy Makes® Cakesicle Popper Set Medium. The Daisy Makes® Original Popper® System allows you to shape regular cake pop dough evenly and efficiently, without using a traditional silicone cakesicle mould.

The Medium size is a practical choice for cake pops, sweet tables, workshops and orders where you want the classic cakesicle shape in a slightly smaller size than the Large version.

How to use the Daisy Makes® Cakesicle Popper

1. Roll the cake pop dough evenly, preferably using a rolling pin with extra-high thickness rings. This helps you work at a consistent thickness and create even cakesicles.
2. Place the popper inside the cutter.
3. Hold the set by the tabs and press the cutter into the rolled cake pop dough.
4. Press the popper down and then lift the cutter, popper and cut-out dough together.
5. Press the popper further down to release the cakesicle cake pop from the cutter.
6. Place the cakesicle cake pop into the tray, with the side where the stick will be inserted facing upwards.
7. Repeat until the tray is filled.
8. Insert all sticks into the dough, pushing them down until they reach the bottom of the tray.
9. The cakesicles can then be dipped immediately in Deco Melts, tempered chocolate or ganache.

Tip: place a piece of cling film over the rolled cake pop dough before cutting. This creates slightly softer, more rounded edges.

How much cake pop dough do you need?

The amount of cake pop dough depends on the thickness you roll it to:

• approx. 34 g / 1.2 oz at 1/2 inch
• approx. 45 g / 1.6 oz at 5/8 inch
• approx. 51 g / 1.8 oz at 3/4 inch
• approx. 57 g / 2.0 oz at 7/8 inch
• approx. 68 g / 2.4 oz at 1 inch

This allows you to choose the thickness and portion size that works best for your cakesicles.
