How Does the Popper® System Work?
Instead of pressing cake pop dough into a mold:
- Roll your cake pop dough to the desired thickness. For the most consistent results, use a rolling pin with guide rings. This helps maintain an even dough thickness so every cakesicle has the same size and weight.
- Cut out the cakesicle shape using the cutter.
- Use the popper to easily release the shape.
- Place the cakesicles into the alignment tray.
- Position the sticks perfectly centered and push them all the way down to the tray. This secures the sticks firmly in the dough and eliminates the need to pre-dip the sticks in chocolate.
- Dip in chocolate or candy melts, place upright in a stand or flat on parchment paper, allow to set and decorate as desired.
The result is a consistent cakesicle with a professional appearance and an efficient production process.
