How to Use the My Little Cakepop® Christmas Tree Mold

The original My Little Cakepop® molds help you create beautifully shaped cake pops with a consistent size and finish.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Prepare your favourite cake pop dough and weigh out approximately 30 grams.

2. Roll the dough into a compact ball and place it inside one half of the Christmas tree mold.

3. Close the mold firmly to press the dough into the 3D Christmas tree shape.

4. Remove any excess dough squeezed out along the edges.

5. Open the mold and carefully remove your shaped Christmas tree cake pop.

6. Smooth any visible seam with a cake pop stick.

7. Dip the tip of a cake pop stick into melted Deco Melts and insert it approximately ¾ of the way into the cake pop.

8. Allow the coating around the stick to set completely.

9. Dip your Christmas tree cake pop into melted Deco Melts and decorate as desired.

Place your finished cake pops upright in a cake pop stand while the coating sets.

Dipping Christmas Tree Cake Pops with FunCakes Deco Melts

My favourite coating for cake pops is FunCakes Deco Melts Snow White, which I colour myself using Colour Mill Oil Blend food colouring.

For traditional Christmas tree cake pops, add green oil-based food colouring to create your preferred Christmas green.

Want to make snowy Christmas trees instead? Simply use Snow White Deco Melts without adding colour.

If your melted coating is too thick for dipping, add a small amount of Wilton Paramount Crystals to adjust the consistency.

This helps you create a beautiful, even coating without an unnecessarily thick layer.
